What platforms are supported by your software?
It depends on the product. In general, we target the following windows versions: 98 and 98SE, ME, NT4 w/Service Pack 6, 2000, XP, and 2003 Server. Our software may work on other platforms (Win95, NT4 SP3, etc...), but we do not recommend or support them at this time. Please read the product documentation for requirements specific to each product.


What do I get when I purchase your software?
You will immediately receive a link to download the full, unrestricted version of our software, along with an unlock code. Run the unlock.exe program that gets installed, and enter the unlock code. Technical support on all of our products is free of charge. Purchasing the software now may enable you to receive discounts on future versions.


How many licenses do I need to buy?
Our software is licensed on a per-user basis. If there will be five users you will need to purchase five licenses. If you need to purchase several licenses, we may be able to offer you a substantial discount.



Who is RegSoft?
RegSoft is an order processing and fulfillment company that we use to securely process credit card orders. RegSoft offers a fast and secure method for our customers to order and download our products twenty-four hours a day. RegSoft is a subsidiary of Digital River.


I have purchased one of your products, but I still get the Trial Version message. After you have downloaded the registered version of the Application, you need to run the unlock utility to enter your install key. This small program is named unlock.exe, and can be found in the folder where you installed the program. Simply enter your install key when prompted, and you will be able to begin using your product.


I'm having trouble with your software. Can you help?
Yes we can. You can contact our free technical support for assistance. We will try to answer your request within one business day.


After placing my order, why did I receive an email indicating that my order has been held as potentially fraudulent?
If our payment processor (RegSoft) determines that an order looks suspicious, it may hold the order for review. This can happen for a number of different reasons. Some of these reasons include ordering from a country with a high fraud rate (Nigeria, Indonesia, etc), addresses or names that do not match the information on the credit card used, using a credit card issued in one country from a different country, or simply by mistyping information. For some countries, providing a 'free' email address while ordering (such as hotmail or yahoo) may also trigger this. If you receive this message, please contact us so that we may ask our payment processor (RegSoft) to manually inspect your order.


Do you do custom software development?
Yes, we can offer assistance to your own development team, or we can do all the development for you. Availability for new projects varies considerably throughout the year, and we may or may not be able to assist you. Please contact our development team for more information.
