One of the main focus points in the design of Advent ScanXPress is to make attaching and viewing of documents seamless. Empowering the business user to be more efficient and productive.
Advent ScanXPress runs in the Windows System Tray, making the application accessible in most situations and also features a floating toolbar whitch allows drag-and-drop document attachments.
With built-in scanning support, documents can be acquired and attached instantaneously. Numerous image filters have been included to enhance the quality of scanned documents and an autocorrect feature will aid when documents are close to unreadable.
Viewing a document is as simple as double clicking on the icon in the System Tray. All documents relating to open windows, where integration has been setup, will be listed for you to take action upon.
The Search feature makes it easy to quickly find documents stored within Advent ScanXPress. Not only will it search for the Index fields but additional tracked fields and optional fields.
